• Boards/Commissions do not pursue either “unaffiliated”

voters or folks looking to serve. WHY?

• Where is online central hub to carry info on urban activities?

Where is an AI service, retained by the City, to assist citizens

with ‘hard to find info’ , English challenged, of do deep

research? That uses the City database.

• Housing: projects/Federal ownership of land/Jillian Baldwin

as HUD manager-story of Chicago negation/Housing

Authority of Bridgeport=Park City Communities/ 5 members-

2 vacancies-3 expired -info on City web?? Federal

landowner/control?

• Jorge Cruz met Harrison for first time though they had

discussed peppermint candy striped smokestack before by

phone. Suggested community meeting where take it down

vs. keep it up might be debated before its

destruction…..perhaps at UB, or Bijou, or Bassick…suggest

Sujata as moderator with pro and con panelists, NRZ

representation and South End residence, etc.
